王伟,博士,呼吸疾病全国重点实验室PI,南山学者特聘教授,博士生导师。2015年在北京协和医学院获得博士学位。随后前往哈佛医学院进行博士后培训,2022年晋升为讲师。2024年全职加入呼吸疾病国家重点实验室。迄今为止,在国际权威期刊发表SCI论文16篇,累计引用超1100次;其中以第一作者(含共同)和共同通讯作者发表SCI论文6篇,中科院I区的有5篇,包括Immunity,Cell Research,Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology,eBioMedicine和American Journal of Respiratory Cell and Molecular Biology。获得专利授权2项;担任Comparative Immunology, Microbiology & Infectious Diseases和Infectious Medicine期刊的编委。
王伟博士通过“干湿结合”的模式,长期从事过敏性哮喘和肺损伤等炎性呼吸疾病的免疫学和组学研究,研究方向包括:
1.儿童过敏性哮喘中神经免疫调节机制;
2.多组学分析鉴定儿童过敏性哮喘激素耐受机制和药物新靶点;
3.CRISPR筛选哮喘和肺感染中组织定居记忆性T细胞关键调控因子;
4.靶向组织定居记忆性T细胞关键调控因子小分子药物筛选。
